HOW TO PURCHASE AND UTILIZE THE PACKAGES

•  Determine which package you want after studying the product schedule below; also call any of our customer care numbers if further clarification is needed.

•  Go to any branch of Equatorial Trust Bank in Nigeria and purchase your package from the customer services desk.

•  You shall be given a customer Personal Identification Number (PIN) after paying for the package.

•  Go to www.experienceghana2008.com and confirm your booking instantly, using your PIN number. An email confirming your booking and travel/tour details shall be send to your email box, for you to print out and bring as further proof of purchase.

•  Your PIN number is very important and shall be used to identify and clear you at several points of the tour both in Nigeria and Ghana . Therefore, PLEASE DO NOT MISPLACE YOUR PIN.

•  Come to the stated departure point- Muritala Mohammed International Airport Lagos (for Air Travel) or the National Stadium Surulere, Lagos (for bus Travel) on the days specified for your departure - PLEASE REMEMBER TO COME WITH YOUR VALID INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT ON THE DEPARTURE DAY.

•  However, ECOWAS nationals may be allowed to travel by bus without their valid international passport if they pay an additional charge of N3,000 being cost of processing a temporary travel permit. ACCOMODATION

  • Hostels comprise rooms with between 2 and 10 beds; some of these are ensuite and conditioned, while others share conviniences. All are fully serviced
  • Priority shall be given to Budget 1 over Budget 2 and Budget 3 in allocating hostel accomodation
  • Accomodation for Standard 1 and 2 is 2-3 Star hotel room
  • Accomation for Executive is 4-5 star hotel as fully serviced apartment and mansions
  • All accomodation types come with breakfast inclusive
